Modules are bundled into the jCore Server version and with one click you should be able to use them, for jCore Client please read About -> Modules for more information on how to use them.
jCore also supports multisites with different client directories, meaning you can have the server version in only one place and then build client sites with their own home directories without duplicating any code and even if one of the accounts get compromised the others won't be as each account has only access to the server version but not to eachother, no directories are shared and if they access the core they won't be able to do much then to read the code so your other sites should stay alive even in that case.
You can read more about jCore in the About and Features menu, hope you will enjoy the first release and please let me know what you think in the comments.
