Upgrade from 0.8 to 0.9

To upgrade run upgrade-from-0.8-to-0.9.sql using phpMyAdmin on your DB and then overwrite your local files with the new ones from upgrade-from-0.8-to-0.9.tar.gz

NOTE: always backup your data/files before upgrading.
