Required config changes for compatibility with 0.4 and version number increased.

Upgrade from 0.3 to 0.4

To upgrade to the new version please use these files below.

- modified-files.tar.gz contains all the changes
- upgrade-from-0.3-to-0.4.patch contains all the changes in a patch format
- upgrade-from-0.3-to-0.4.sql contains the sql changes needed for 0.4

Patch is usually the recommended way to upgrade but you can just copy over the content of the modified-files.tar.gz and run the sql queries from upgrade-from-to.sql.
