Upgrade from 0.9 to 1.0

To upgrade run upgrade-from-0.9-to-1.0.sql using phpMyAdmin on your DB and then overwrite your local files with the new ones from upgrade-from-0.9-to-1.0.tar.gz

NOTE: always backup your data/files before upgrading.
