Upgrade codes to the new version by extract modified files and rewrite old ones or by applying the patch on your directory tree.

To upgrade the database run the upgrade-from-0.4-to-0.5.sql file on your database and lastly upgrade sitefiles (pictures, attachments) by running upgrade-sitefiles.php in your site's root path.
