Upgrade from 0.7.1 to 0.8

To upgrade run upgrade-from-0.7.1-to-0.8.sql using phpMyAdmin on your DB and then overwrite your local files with the new ones from upgrade-from-0.7.1-to-0.8.tar.gz

NOTE: always backup your data/files before upgrading.
